This tutorial is for Interwoven 4-1 Sheet, a weave I stumbled upon while trying to make Elfsheet. Interwoven 4-1 Sheet is the intermediary between Double European 4-1 and Elfsheet, as well as being a bridge between the European and Persian families. The two sheets of European 4-1 interweave in sinosoidal form. In other words, it does this. Another way to make Interwoven 4-1 sheet is to build directly off the chain, similar to the process I describe in my Elfsheet tutorial.

Interwoven 4-1 Sheet requires rings with an aspect ratio of around 5. 16swg 5/16", 18swg 1/4" & 7/32" and 20awg 3/16" rings work.
Metric sizes - approximately 1.6mm wire/8mm ID; 1.2mm wire/6.4mm or 5.5mm ID; 0.8mm wire/4.8mm ID.

New rings are gold and old rings are aluminum-ish.
Step 1: Start with 2 chains of I4-1. Put them side by side with their 'grains' going in the same direction.

Step 2: Open a ring and connect it to the two end rings of both chains.

Step 3: Flip it over and connect the four end rings on both chains. This should be a regular E4-1 style connection.

Step 4: Flip over and connect the next four rings, again with an E4-1 style connection.

Step 5: Flip it over, connect the next four rings..

Step 6: Repeat to the end.
